Hello My name is Vinay.
I have opted for Vodafone cable connection.
My activation date was 5/12/18 and I got the router package on 6th.
I have connected it to the optical fiber but it is not getting activated.
I tried calling technical service desk but I am new to Germany so I do not understand German
I am unable to find my activation code for registration
Above that, even my e-mail and phone number is not registered with Vodafone.

I want Vodafone to help me in activating this connection.
