Good Morning,
First of all apologies for my lack of German, i'm learning but it's not good yet!
I got a contract a year ago for Red Internet & Phone Cable 1000. I was promised I could downgrade that to the 250 or 500 after the first year as it's a 2 year contract.
I desperately want to do this, especially as the dl and upload speeds i'm getting here are way off what I'm paying for, more akin to 250mb down and 2 or 3 mb upload.
Could someone advise me how I would reduce the contract, as it doesn't appear to be an available option in my dashboard (MeinVodafone)? I would like to reduce it to the 500.

I have this problem as well. I'm not satisfied with the promised speed and cannot find an option in the portal that will allow me to downgrade. I understand this is for a fixed time, but I'm paying for a speed that I am not getting.

Have you already decided on a tariff? You can find the possible rates on the order confirmation.
Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address via private message. Afterwards write me here in the thread, which tariff I should set up for you.
