Hello,
I have a Vodafone WLAN connection from April 2018 under address xxx 93051 Regensburg, Germany. After which I changed my residence to xxx 93047 Regensburg, Germany on 1st September 2018. I have requested the transfer of my WLAN connection from Vodafone store (xxx 93047 Regensburg), the executive there I have a TV or not. In lack of knowledge, I agree with him for the connection as I required WLAN connection. I do not have a TV or phone connection at my address. Recently I got a bill for Giga TV, TV connection and HD Premium connection. After getting the bill, I went to another Vodafone store where the executive told me I do not need a TV connection at my address to use WLAN. TV connection and all other TV related services for me, I just need the WLAN service I had in my old contract.

the old contract is terminated. If you do not want to continue using the TV contract, we can cancel it at the regular end of the contract period.

The old contract was terminated as I have shifted to the new house and the Vodafone store made a new contract with the addition of TV contract saying that if I don't take TV connection then the internet cannot be given. I have never used the TV connection, and the contract is for 2 years like my internet contract. It will be huge amount for nothing for me. I request you to kindly terminate the TV contract now.

i can understand you there. What I can't understand, why haven't you contacted us before? The hardware has also not yet been sent back. It is not so easy to terminate the contract.

It was said to me that I will not get any bill for 3-4 months as a Gift card for me. So I was never aware of these charges and never got any bill for the connection. For the hardware, I have received a Giga TV box which I have never connected but thought that it will be because I had to take the TV connection, also I could not totally understand what was written on the papers (due to language barrier) which came with the box so I had kept it as it was. When I received the first bill with details I immediately went to the shop and there I come to know the whole situation as I narrated you. I request you to please help me with this as being a student it will be too much expense for me. Thank you.

which I can't understand either. Why did you cancel HD Premium at the end of the test months when you didn't want the contract? Something seems to be wrong. Please send me a private message with your e-mail address which you use to communicate with us. I saw a discrepancy.

the contract is terminated, then please send back the Giga TV Box. You will also get a confirmation that the contract has been terminated.
