It is possible to set a custom DNS on 

TG3442DE / CGA4233DE?

I can not find any option for that in expert mose settings.

Simple Answer: No, it's not possible.

I do not want to use bridge mode just for that. Is Fritzbox 6490 or Fritzbox 6591 an alternative which would give that option?

yes it is possible to use a custom DynDNS with a Fritz!Box Cable.
