So , after my name was wrong and all the things that you will find : On THIS POST , that they explain my problem , i got my money back with the help of Bernd and it was ok . Yesterday i got a ±10 eur bill from Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Gmbh. The guy who helped me to get my money back told me to try here to solve my problem . Maybe some administrator/moderator can contact me for further details . Thanks , Alex

So this contract is 2 years , and i have to pay monthly even if i dont got any notice that i have internet or not from vodafone , even without router without email without post without my name to be right ? maybe its me who i dont understand . i have internet from another company after i got my first refund from vodafone . i did write a letter on
vodafone kabel deutschland beschwerdemanagement 99116 erfurt . it looks like that .
Hello . I have a big problem after my name was written wrong via online filiale . I did order a package with 2 sim cards and cable internet . After 3 days the package was here but ( deutsche post or GLS ) courier told me i can’t get the package or i can’t sign the contract because my name is wrong ( Vipan Alexandru ) . After ±10 days i have a Rechnung ±70 euros . After this i try to call Vodafone call center but i cant get in contact since i don t have an Kundennummer or Rufnummer because my email address was wrong as well . So i called the online filiale try to explain the situation but no one can help me . I write a threat on Vodafone Forum and after 2 months i got a refund .
After ±40 days i got a Rechnung with ±10 euros from my bank account like Vodafone Kabel Deutschland . After i resolve with Vodafone and i got my Money back and i got no post no nothing i did call the 1&1 and they installed my internet with no problem . I try to explain to some moderator on the Forum what was happening and he told me he can’t do anything because he is with the phone contracts , i have to contact the Internet contracts , so i did write a threat on the Internet Contracts . Someone answered and after 2 pages of topics trying to explain that i have no email/router/internet/phone/simcard/post or anything from Vodafone but my Money are still missing from my account , he did not understood . I try then to go to a Vodafone shop where they told me that if i did the contract via online filiale they can not do anything , they can’t help me . I try to call the call center with a Kundennummer witch i found on my bank transfer and they give me this address where i can send via mail my complain .
With this letter i ask to close any of my contracts with the name 'confident' . If possible i would like a refund from the Rechnung that you can find on the second page .

Should i open a new threat or should i have a little patience ? It is easier if i go personal to the office where i send the letter?

Stephan has already written you our position. You can only contact the complaint management in writing. You have to write the letter in German, otherwise it will not be processed. There's nothing we can do for you here.
