So , after my name was wrong and all the things that you will find : On THIS POST , that they explain my problem , i got my money back with the help of Bernd and it was ok . Yesterday i got a ±10 eur bill from Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Gmbh. The guy who helped me to get my money back told me to try here to solve my problem . Maybe some administrator/moderator can contact me for further details . Thanks , Alex

So this contract is 2 years , and i have to pay monthly even if i dont got any notice that i have internet or not from vodafone , even without router without email without post without my name to be right ? maybe its me who i dont understand . i have internet from another company after i got my first refund from vodafone . i did write a letter on 

vodafone kabel deutschland beschwerdemanagement 99116 erfurt . it looks like that .

 

 

Hello . I have a big problem after my name was written wrong via online filiale . I did order a package with 2 sim cards and cable internet . After 3 days the package was here but ( deutsche post or GLS ) courier told me i can’t get the package or i can’t sign the contract because my name is wrong ( Vipan Alexandru ) . After ±10 days i have a Rechnung ±70 euros . After this i try to call Vodafone call center but i cant get in contact since i don t have an Kundennummer or Rufnummer because my email address was wrong as well . So i called the online filiale try to explain the situation but no one can help me . I write a threat on Vodafone Forum and after 2 months i got a refund .

 

After ±40 days i got a Rechnung with ±10 euros from my bank account like Vodafone Kabel Deutschland . After i resolve with Vodafone and i got my Money back and i got no post no nothing i did call the 1&1 and they installed my internet with no problem . I try to explain to some moderator on the Forum what was happening and he told me he can’t do anything because he is with the phone contracts , i have to contact the Internet contracts , so i did write a threat on the Internet Contracts . Someone answered and after 2 pages of topics trying to explain that i have no email/router/internet/phone/simcard/post or anything from Vodafone but my Money are still missing from my account , he did not understood . I try then to go to a Vodafone shop where they told me that if i did the contract via online filiale they can not do anything , they can’t help me . I try to call the call center with a Kundennummer witch i found on my bank transfer and they give me this address where i can send via mail my complain .

 

With this letter i ask to close any of my contracts with the name 'confident' . If possible i would like a refund from the Rechnung that you can find on the second page .

Should i open a new threat or should i have a little patience ? It is easier if i go personal to the office where i send the letter?

Stephan has already written you our position. You can only contact the complaint management in writing. You have to write the letter in German, otherwise it will not be processed. There's nothing we can do for you here.

so there is nothing i can do here . all the people send me here. i spoke with my bank and all the founds will be suspended. no more money from my account . in case anything happen i got all the proof i need to go and sustain my rights in court with my lawyer . i tried anything to stop this. i can not learn german only to close a contract . its ridicoulous . but i can understand all of you , its your country . keep doing good job. thanks for all. one day your kids will be in another country and they will confrunt the same problems . So . I will still write a german reply to the complain management . alles gute. i will try this to . i will try anything you or moderators from vodafone tell me , i will try anything to be right . thabks again all. i hope this remains in archive .

I still cant understand how my problem was solved by BerndD in the handy vertrag in a few weeks and here its not possible by any option . it wasnt my mistake for my name to be written wrong . i didn't want that . but how there is no way to solve this ? why the others can do it ? it was really easy to get a refund and my contract cancelled . like said , i did 2 contracts here . internet und mobile . why is on this side so hard to contract my false contract ? it is not my name . im tring to solve my problem, thats all, i dont want to write and to think all day that i cant solve this . i got no other problems to think only at this . please do something . If here or on the complains managment no one can understand my english i can try it in german , but my writting is not even closer to my english , but i will try this too . i will write back here wenn i got an answer back from complain managment ( i got one and it was in english , telling me here someone will help me ) .

i still got the contract running , some bills are coming , i still didnt use any kb from vodafone internet . still nothing to do ? its been another month gone. my name is still wrong but the post man seams to ignore it . i still cancel the transaction with my bank with the help of the proofs that i collect here and the post . i am going to speak tommorow to my lawyer since all my problems where ignored .

update : i need to pay now 500 euros for vodafone couse i didnt pay the services that i didn't use . is that normal ? i will send the brief back because my name its false again . i dont accept false briefe . could anyone explain to me what is going on ? i wrote 3 pages and still no one is able to help me ? what kind of people work there ? why are you active on this forum ?
