I tried everything so far to do the installation myself, something seems to be off from the hardware/system part, I don't find any way of requesting a technician to have a look on that for me, where can I get help?
My Deutsch is not so good, but at the shop I was told that this wouldn't be a problem to have support, so far I don't find any direction to have someone talking or chatting with me in english.
