Request router replacement

Hi, I need a new internet router. I have tried all actions to keep router working but no signal of wifi including the factory reset. 

Can someone help me to send new router?

I have reset the router and cannot see any wifi network for configuration again. On the router, all led light is off after reset except for power led.
