So , after my name was wrong and all the things that you will find : On THIS POST , that they explain my problem , i got my money back with the help of Bernd and it was ok . Yesterday i got a ±10 eur bill from Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Gmbh. The guy who helped me to get my money back told me to try here to solve my problem . Maybe some administrator/moderator can contact me for further details . Thanks , Alex

and the letters i didnt get them . i only got one that says that vodafone feels sorry and all my contracts are now erased. yea right

if im still not understandable then i make a video trying to explain and paint my journey with vodafone kabel und phone. since they are 2 very different contracts .

Hi Allex93,

 

I have already explained how this contract came about. And I do understand what you're trying to explain. Unfortunately, that doesn't change anything here and you can save yourself the trouble of making a video about it.

 

Since this contract is now active, it can no longer be revoked or terminated immediately. You can only terminate the contract at the regular end of the contract period. There will be no refund of the amounts for the cable contract.

if i dont have internet from vodafone . no router from vodafone . no cable internet from vodafone . FOR WHAT I PAY?

the phone contract was refunded and no more invoices . what part you dont get it ? i dont use your internet . i dont use any of your services . for what shiuld i pay? FOR WHAT I PAY? I CAN RESOLVE ALL THIS IN COURT SINCE 4 MONTHS IM WRITING HERE . JUST TALK TO BERNDD SO HE CAN MAYBE HELP YOU UNDERSTAND BETTER MY SITUATION. MY NAME IS WRONG . YOU ARE TAKING MONEY AWAY FROM MY ACCOUNT EVEN OF THE NAME IS FALSE . HOW SHOULD I EXPLAIN TO YOU THAT IT WAS VODAFONE MISTAKE AND I NEVER YOUCH ANY OF THE PACKAGES FROM VPDAFONE EITHER AN INTERNET CONNECTION .

i got no data to log in in any vodafone account . no kundennummer no email nothing . its just a false contract witch is not on my real name but you are taking money from my real account even if i sont use any of your services couse my name is wrong in your contract .

i go now to vodafone trying to resolve this situation . it seems like you cant help me .

yelling around here won't get you any further. Even if you write unsolicited messages to the moderators.

 

I understood you very well and also described the situation as it is. If you want to go another way to present your concern, of course you are welcome to do so. Then we can finish this thread.

i could not do anything . i try to resolve to an vodafone filiale and they told me they can not do anything because i did the contract thru an online filiale . i wont say anything more than what you ask me . i am open to all your sugestions . thank you

Hi Allex93,

 

as I've written before, you can cancel the contract at the regular end of the term. We just need a written notice from you.
