So , after my name was wrong and all the things that you will find : On THIS POST , that they explain my problem , i got my money back with the help of Bernd and it was ok . Yesterday i got a ±10 eur bill from Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Gmbh. The guy who helped me to get my money back told me to try here to solve my problem . Maybe some administrator/moderator can contact me for further details . Thanks , Alex

I have already explained how this contract came about. And I do understand what you're trying to explain. Unfortunately, that doesn't change anything here and you can save yourself the trouble of making a video about it.
Since this contract is now active, it can no longer be revoked or terminated immediately. You can only terminate the contract at the regular end of the contract period. There will be no refund of the amounts for the cable contract.

i could not do anything . i try to resolve to an vodafone filiale and they told me they can not do anything because i did the contract thru an online filiale . i wont say anything more than what you ask me . i am open to all your sugestions . thank you

as I've written before, you can cancel the contract at the regular end of the term. We just need a written notice from you.
