Hello,
I had several issues with my vodafone contract. Firstly, I moved and although I followed all instructions and visited the store several times - it took almost 3 months to be connected in my new place - because my contract was cancelled by mistake! I was quickly issued a new contract and modem .. but my cable connection is faulty.
Now, after returning the old modem (I did not request a cancellation of my contract in the first place), in April to the address given, I have been charged 100 euro! Ironically, this was the quickest most efficient service I experienced thus far... when money is taken 😞
Please help me reverse this charge.

I got your private message. The address is not the right one. From there it was forwarded to our logistics in Nürnberg. Bbut that took some time. in the middle of may the modem arrived. I took care of the credit.
