I'm currently connected to the Internet via the Easybox 804 router. Because of the pandemic, I have to establish a working environment at home, which requires mounting a remote NAS in my office on my local computer (Windows 10). I can ping through the IP address but when attempting to mount the device a 'system error 67' appears. After a few configurations, I believe it is related to the permanent blockage of port 445 on the router.
Is there any solution to the issue? I would rather like the device mounted via windows file explorer.

Sorry that you are having trouble connecting.
Are you using a firewall that might block something? Please check the settings. Maybe that's what it is.
