Hello,
I have a problem with my router. I had a stable internet connection before today's morning, when the connection disappeared and the @ sign on my router started to blink very rapidly. I already had this problem before a few times, and I got it fixed by switching off the router and back on. Now I restarted it several times, no changes. I think it is probably broken.
Can I get a new router for my connection? When I talked to a Vodafone technician last time, he told me that my router model is quite outdated. I was not bothered by this untill it stopped working completely. Wifi and other signs are good, green and permanent. Only the internet sign is blinking fast and it is green as well. I think this is the router's fault.

Thank you for your reply. It was probably exactly the problem you described (something wrong on the line). The router magically started to work on the next day.

Under which phone number can the colleague make an appointment with you?
Due to the current developments we have to take certain precautions. Therefore, we need to know if there are any symptoms in your household that could be related to Covid-19. Of course we don't want to offend you, but on the other hand we don't want to endanger more people unnecessarily.
