I have recently taken Kable combo plan where internet and tv are inculuded. I took this as free netflix what is offered for one year as giga tv is in German and i do not understand german. Now after activating, i am getting message that it does not exist. I really fedup and annoyed, can i get some vodafone help?

The promo has ended and was valid only while supplies lasted.  It also says so in the T&Cs in the offer.
