Recently I have moved to a new address and took my Vodafone cable internet with me. The internet is not working at my new apartment. The internet light is only blinking red and all other lights are off. I have issued a moving order from the mein vodafone website already several times. But I have not received anything yet. I called the hotline a couple of times already. But no luck there as well. I waited 35 minutes but no one picked up the call. I even went to a Vodafone customer service center here in Munich and ordered another relocation for my connection. But still, I have not received anything. It has already been over a week and I have reached all possible channels to contact Vodafone to restore my internet to my new apartment. But nothing changed. This is very frustrating and customer service is literally bad.
Does anyone have any other suggestions that I should do?

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
The forum is now just a customer helping customer forum.
