I am moving out of Saarbruecken, to a new address in Berlin and will not be needing my own Wifi connection anymore. Can someone please help me with how to cancel my existing contract for Kabel wifi with Vodafone?

Hello Thomas,
As per your message, I changed my contract to Internet & Phone 50 for the months of November, December and January. I had already returned the router by post to Vodafone around 10 days back and now due to some reason I have again received a router at my new address.
Can you please advise what I shoud do ?
Also, I need a confirmation that my contract has been changed to the lower speed from November 2018 till January 2019, can you please check and confirm this for me ?

Hi nitisha,
because the contract is still running you get the corresponding hardware due to the tariff change. You can send them back to us at the end of the contract period.

Thank you very much for your assistance.
I have now already sent the router back to Vodafone at the Nurnberg address. It was delivered on Monday, November 26th.
It would be great if you can confirm the receipt of the router and ensure timely termination of my contract by January 2019.
