I do not speak German so this has been EXTREMELY difficult to get assistance. I cannot get through the phone prompts, as there is no option to switch to English. My bank account info changed and I am trying to pay my bill before my internet is turned off. I sent money yesterday to a Vodafone IBAN that someone with broken English was able to give me, but I hope it went through and is correct. 13380700590045335700

Yes, that's the IBAN for cable contracts. If you have a new bank account, you can change it in your customer portal.
