Hello,
As soon as I connect my work VPN which is Globalprotect in my personal laptop , internet gets disconnected and there it is impossible to work.
Please note, everything works fine with mobile internet, hence it is not a problem with VPN but wifi. Please get it resolved as soon as possible.
Calling your customer care is not working due to language barrier. Through email a tciket already being raised "0006EaKW8S8WQC5G" but no resposnse so far.

2 use VPN normally an "iPv4" is necessary....
new started contracts are usually "iPv6 - DS Lite"
so this may be the reason

oki, Vermutung war also im Grunde genommen - mal wieder - korrekt.....
diese Lösungsvariante kannte ich allerdings bislang nimmer

Hello, no, there is no problem with internet connection without VPN.
When I connect with GlobalProtect, the internet disconnects. Using a VPN is extremely important for me to work from home.
I am not able to raise a ticket; it asked for a call, and your team does not support English. Please help here or give me an email to write my problem.

Hello,
I am still unable to contact customer support and get it fixed. They said someone who speaks English will call back but hasn't received any call yet. Can someone help here, please? I need to enable IPv4 as we can't set up GP with IPv6.
