Not able to connect with work VPN (Globalprotect).

As soon as I connect my work VPN which is Globalprotect in my personal laptop , internet gets disconnected and there it is impossible to work. 

Please note, everything works fine with mobile internet, hence it is not a problem with VPN but wifi. Please get it resolved as soon as possible.

Calling your customer care is not working due to language barrier. Through email a tciket already being raised "0006EaKW8S8WQC5G" but no resposnse so far.

Hi  @NDB ,  What was the soution for your issue?

I just got new vodafone wifi connection and now not able to connect to office globalProtect VPN. I tried unsitall restart all possible dns configs sugegsted by ChatGPT nothing woked.
