Dear Vodafone Comunity,
I've contracted "Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable" some weeks ago. Some days later, I received a letter with my contract detalis but nothing else for now. I don't know if I have to wait for the router and then one technician will install my connection; I have not received a call to make an appointment either. Could you take a look for the current status? Of I need to do other thing to install my internet connection? Thanks in advance.

Did you specify a desired date in the future when ordering? If so, the router will be shipped shortly before the desired date.

Your order is with an installation with a technician and it seems that they weren't able to reach you yet. But I can also see that you hat contact with the customer service yesterday.
There should be soon an appointment for your installation.
