Hello,
I have started "Vodafone Red+ Allnet" and "Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable" contracts in February 2018. Unfortunantly, it happened that I have to urgently leave Germany and come back to my country in the end of May. I won't come back to Germany. Therefore, I have to close all my contracts and my bank account here in Germany before leaving.
How do I cancel my contracts in the most effiecient way? Can I do it here somehow via this platform or it's necessary to send letter by post?
I will provide proof of my deregistration in the middle of May. I will pay any additional fees if needed as well. At this point, I would like to know how to cancel my contracts fast, so that, I don't have to pay anything after I leave Germany and my bank account is closed.

Hello Igor,
we can terminate your cable contract ("Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable") 3 months after the moving date. For this I need your name, your address, your customer number and the cancellation from Germany. You can send me everything together with the link to your thread in a private message.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you how this will work with your mobile contract. Therefore I have forwarded your request to my mobile phone colleagues. Please be patient, the colleagues will contact you here.

Hello Igor,
Your mobile services are normally not meant for early termination, especially, if you stay inside the European Union. After all, you can use your mobile line anywhere in the EU.

the notice of termination has been processed. The contract is terminated with a period of 3 months starting on the day of the move. You'll get a confirmation.
