When you are logged on to your account on the website the link should be one of the many at the bottom of the page. There is no immediate termination, so I would say at the earliest possible date, depending on the status of your contract (within or after the minimum contract term). After the fist 2 years you can end the contract with a 1 month period whenever you wish.
