Hello,
I have recently purchase the CabelMax 1000 using Check24.de which provide me some information about the exemption of base rate due to my current contract is still ongoing. They said that I need to provide proof of ongoing contract to have the exemption.
In attach the document.

you don't want to take a phone number from 1&1? Then you have surely cancelled the connection with the old provider and received a cancellation confirmation from 1 & 1, right? Should Vodafone cancel? Then you have to fill out the form. We can't reproduce the error, it works.

Hello Grit,
I do not want to take any phone from 1und1 since I was not using it. I have already get in touch with 1und1 and requested the canceling of contract, and that is what I wanna to provide as proof for the exemption that was told me by the customer service from check24.
My main question is how to provide this proof to Vodafone to let aware about this last months of current contract with 1und1?

Thank you very much for the cancellation confirmation. On 18th of March we have sent our form for the change of provider by e-mail. Please fill it out and tick only the cancellation of the old connection. This is the only way to avoid paying twice until the termination date with your old provider.

Hi Felipe,
we're doing it differently now as a gesture of goodwill. I have now manually initiated the crediting until 20.08.2020. You will find the credit memo on the next invoice, or the invoice after next at the latest. Please give us a feedback as soon as the invoice is there.
