Ok, then I have to share my problem here.
I am a new Kable internet customer and I have 2 issues:
1. I have recevied the following email:
Lieber Ahmed Elnaggar, haben Sie eine andere Anschrift? Unter der uns bekannten Adresse konnten wir Ihnen Ihre Post leider nicht zustellen. Unsere Bitte: Teilen Sie uns in den nächsten Tagen Ihre aktuelle Adresse mit. Sie erreichen uns kostenlos unter 0800 278 70 00 oder über unser Kontaktformular unter www.vodafone.de/kabelkontakt. Vielen Dank. Freundliche Grüße Ihr Vodafone-Team
My mail address is correct as in my profile.
2. I have recevied one letter from you saying that I have to send a form for changing my internet provider.
However, you didn't send me this form. I have found it online and I fill it and send it back to you.
Could you please confirm if this issue is solved ?

Hi agemagician,
the first point is not about the mail address but about your address. We couldn't deliver something by mail. The second one. We can only clarify this point after a look at your customer data. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.
Then reply again here in the post.
