Hello!
I have a running contract Red Internet & Phone 200, and I would like to change it now to CableMax 500. I wanted to do it online, but it is not clear if I get another WLAN router or do I have to keep the old one?
I currently have an extremely faulty and slow Sagemcom fast5460. It is just terrible. A few times a month my 5GHz wlan network is losing Internet connectiuon, and I have to restart this unit, and it takes it 15-20 minutes to start every time. The web interface of the Router is literally unusable, extremely slow and somewtimes just freezes forever. Not sure if I just have a faulty device?
Best regards,
Anton

Hello ontonivo,
no problem. The WLAN option is included free of charge with this tariff.
I will close your thread then.

Hello ontonivo,
you can make the change via your customer portal. You will then receive a new WLAN cable router.
Let us know if it worked or if you still need help.

Thanks Nancy!
Do you mean I shall just change the tariff to CableMax and I will get a new WLAN router together with that? I have started changing it, and went through until the last confirmation step, but there is no indication that I will get a new router, unfortunately.
Are you sure I will be getting a new router in any case?
Best regards,
Anton

Thanks Nancy!
And the last question - will I keep the free WLAN option, if I have it for free in my present tariff?
Best regards,
Anton
