Contract is not yet terminated

Hi Sir/Madam,

 

I have raised a request to terminate my cable internet connection from vodafone.  Looks like after being telling them from long time there is no updates.   I see this month they have charged me 70 euros, i dont know for what purpose it is charged.

 

I have told to terminate my internet connection from 31/ March /2020.   But still i have not got any respone and when should i return the device back to vodafone ?

 

My customer number:  XXXXXXXXXX

 

Please tell me how can i resolve my issue.

I have the same issue, I couldn't cancel my contract since october, I don't use internet at all since then and don't use mobile. I am paying extra 6 month and now I also need to pay penitance fee cause nobody follow up? Plus my bill continue increasing and i don't even know why! That's pure *.
