On 13 November I sign a contract for the internet be installed on my apartment. But the status is showing that they cannot process my request any futher because they have additionally questions that they will ask me.
It`s been a week with that and they still haven`t called me. I called the number they showed me (0800 172 1212) and it always hangout on my face. I would like to know if the request will finally be passed or if I need to cancel and get another provider.

It’s best to contact our customer service via WhatsApp. TOBi will first ask a few questions in German (you can translate these using a translator), and then our colleagues will take over in English.
