Monthly bill increase

Hi,

Could you please help me understand why my Vodafone bill is increasing since two month? 

Usually it was 23 euros. In march i got 40 euros bill and in april 54. Its not clear at all why the bill keep increasing since I don't use any service cause I moved out of apartment in October 2019 and still in the process of canceling. I also don't use it on mobile

Hello etsatsina

during the first 12 months you had a discount (30,- €) on the basic price. Since this time has now passed, we charge the regular basic price.
