Hello members,
I am writing this to clarify an unusual invoice I got from Vodafone Kabel contract.
I am using Vodafone Cable Internet at home. My monthly payment is around 50.98 including 4.99 monthly rental for Fritz Box. But in April 2025 I got a bill for 150.58, and the amount got deducted from my bank account. Since automated payment is set up, I didn't notice it at that time. I just noticed it only when I checked the bank statements. I downloaded the invoice and the invoice has an entry of 99.99 with the description "Service fee for device
settings and/or
error analysis" which I can't understand what it is
Can anyone explain what is this 99.99 Euro charged for?

der Betrag wird für einen Technikereinsatz fällig, wenn das Problem außerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs von Vodafone lag (lose Kabel, fehlerhafte Routereinstellungen etc.)
