Hello,
I am a Vodafone Internet customer for about 1.5 years now (Red Internet and Phone 32 Cable). I will be moving out of Germany by the end of May and therefore I would like to cancel my contract.

Sorry for the delayed reply.
I am moving out of Germany in last week of May. I want to know what is the procedure for the closure of contract.
1. Do I have to return the router? If yes, to which address?
2. How much will I have to pay as final settlement? Since I will be moving out of the country, how do I get the communication about the final settlement and how to pay and in which account?
3. Do you need any additional documents for the contract closure?

Hi,
Since we are in the process of moving out the the country, we will be closing our bank accounts. it will great if you can send us the final invoice of entire amount due for us to transfer. For that we please tell us the bank details and transfer reference details.Also, we want you to please cancel the SEPA mandate.

Hi gbmishra,
the last invoice will only be issued at the end of the contract. You can transfer the monthly basic fees until 25.08.2019 at once. Use our bank account DE13 3807 0059 0045 3357 00 and indicate the customer number in the purpose of use.
