Please cancel my service and contract as I no longer wish to be with you. I would also like to be refunded for all previous payments as you can see the service was never started and I have tried to contact you several times about this matter with no help from you. I was only able to obtain my customer number with the help of a german speaking friend. By far the absolute worst customer service I have ever had.

Please get back to me at your earliest convenience.

Writing "I want you to cancel my contract." on the internet does by no means constitute any legal basis in terms of fulfilling your wish for a cancellation being processed.

 

The cancellation must be sent in written and directly to your contractual partner, not anonymously posted somewhere online.

What exactly are you referring to?  The fact that for some reason unknown to pretty much anyone on here your service possibly never worked?  Or the fact that a German business provides German customer service for their German products that are sold in Germany and requires you to preferably speak their language (or have someone assist you who does)? 

 

If the latter:  Wow.  Have I experienced lousy customer service in the UK and the USA.  Not a single person was able to speak German with me when I called a customer service hotline for a product originally from Germany.  What a disgrace for those countries.

Hi Tina,

I was sent an email to open an topic forum to close my account. That is literally all I would like to do, and be refunded for the service that I have not used. I started the service as I was temporarily living elsewhere for a month, and I never received a key to start using my WiFi, so the service was never initiated and i was still charged.

I have been trying to cancel for at least a month now, and every email I send I get a copy and pasted email to write into the community forum and wait. I was not able to do this before because I was never given as customer number, and it is only recently that I was able to obtain mine.

Please could you just cancel my contract, is all that I ask. And refund my payments , as the service was never used.
