Hi everyone,
I recently signed a contract for the internet with Vodafone (around 3 weeks ago) around one week ago I received the router and I set it up and I also registered on the website.
Now my router internet indicator is still blinking red. In the vodafone shop I was told that I need to contact hotline however I was given only the 0800 number which I can't call as I am still using foreign phone number.
Is there a phone number I can call from British mobile? This is a new flat and I am a first tenent, the plug in the wall look all right. Do I need a technician to check my conection?

Well in case we have to send a technician, we need a german mobilenumber.
Please let me know in the article when you have sent me the data.
