Cancellation of the subscription

Dear Community,

I'm a little bit desperate... 🙂

I would like to cancel my contract with unitymedia because I'm leaving Germany, but looks like it's almost impossible.

I discussed through the chat with a representative of the company, and I got an e-mail adress : service@unitymedia.de to which I have to send a mail with all my data (name / account number etc..)

I tried at least 5 times, and each time I got an answer, undelivered e-mail.

Then, I tried through the contact form on the web-site.... I fill the form and then click on send, and surprisingly it's loading for ages... with no result at the end.

So... I'm a little bit pissed off. The website is only in German, so it's already painful to find any info on it, but when you can't cancel your contract iti's even worse.

Can somebody advise/help me about how should I proceed?

Hello Unik,

please use the complete email address "kundenservice@unitymedia.de", then the email will also be delivered.

The fact that the website is offered exclusively in German is mainly due to the fact that the products can only be booked in the three German Provinces served and the only official and contract language in Germany is German. You will not find any websites in other languages ​​than the national language in other countries.
