Dear Vodafone,
My friend has an issue for canceling the contract. She applied for cancelling the contract around an year ago and your customer support said you will automatically cancel and stop auto billing in 3 months.
However, she is getting charge in this year.
She doesn't live in Germany so she cannot reach to you via phone. She is also trying to log in by her vodafone account, but your system said she has not logged in for a while, so somehow failed.
I have her customer id, so if possible, please reach to me and we can help her resolve the issue.

I can not find a cancellation. Has she canceled the contract in writing? I can't find any written notice for the move either. She should catch up on that as soon as possible. She simply uses our online moving service.

When it comes to termination, they pretend that they don't know you, but they are offering wide smile if someone wants to get a new contract. That's the reality of the Vodafone Deutschland service. I have been trying to reach them for a long time, was trying to call their number, wrote a letter to their head office also emailed them, but everything has gone vain, Nobody from Vodafone feeling responsible for the termination issue.
