@Grit I'm really sorry for the misunderstanding. I've been using this alias for over 15 years now and it has totally nothing to do with the Corona virus. It is named after an ancient computer virus. Anyhow, as you said it is indeed tasteless to be named after a world crisis. I'll change it right away to avoid further confusion.

I received an E-mail from you on the 1st of March asking me to return the router. The router arrived to you on the 14th of march based on the tracking information.

then the mail of March 1st was probably already the memory of the return. I assume that you returned the device too late.
You may not remember when the contract ended, but you can read about this in the cancellation confirmation.

I just found the date on an invoice. It says contract ends 15-2-2020 😞
