Vodafone Technician visit

Hi Vodafone Team,

I am struggling from last 4 weeks to get internet in my house, Vodafone technician had first visit on 26th of July and we could not activate Internet, he was looking for technical room in the basement of apartment and I was not aware that I need to show him basement rooms as I received mail on 1st August from Vodafone for what to do when technician arrives. Technician couldn’t speak English and I could not speak German so we couldn’t communicate that day.

Second time technician came today and house master showed him technical room in basement however Vodafone technician was looking for telephone socket there which house master couldn’t show, House master kept on saying that we just show this room to other Internet service provider like unity media and they do rest. After all this confusion and misunderstanding Vodafone technician left without activating my internet again.

I am here with no option and request appointment again, I need Vodafone support on priority and help me resolve my issue.

I cannot reach out to customer care as I don’t speak English, Please help me here.

Also I need to know when you have time. Please note that we have to meet a lead time of at least 5 workdays.

But I can't help you with finding your phone socket (APL). Unitymedia is a cable provider. This is a different technology. Before making a new appointment please talk to your landlord, neighbors or janitor and find the APL. Otherwise the new appointment won't work again.

Usually the APL is in the basement. Sometimes the APL is in the neighboring house or even on the outside wall of your house.
