Sorry for only speaking English but I just moved to Germany. I had a technicion come out yesturday and check my DSL plug and everything was good. However when I put in my MIC it just times out and I cant get on the internet. I have tried calling 0800 172 1212 but I cant get through to talk to anyone. Then when I go through the automated thing online I never get a call back (i believe this is because I have a US number). Can someone please help me? I need internet.

I have tried but they can't send me one to my us phone number

Usually the colleagues should also be able to give you the MIC by phone. There is a special installation hotline. Try over 0049 800 172 12 01 (free call from German phones).
If that doesn't work, please contact me by private message. I need your customer or order number and your customer password. Please note that an answer may take a while.
