Dear responsible of Vodafone,
I have ordered your mobile R218 WLAN but the signal is not consistent and most of the times is bad. I have already contacted you multiple times by email and call along these 4 months, and since Vodafone still didn’t solve the issue I will publish my experience with Vodafone here in the community. I was informed that the activation of this contract was done on the 19th of January 2018 but I only tested this service for the first time on the 1st February 2018. The contract was created online in check24 and the package delivered by GLS. I was informed they would send me the package to my home on the 24th January 2019 but GLS arrived one day earlier, and therefore I didn’t receive it. Afterwards, I contacted GLS through email and phone to inquiry about the whereabouts of my package and to schedule a new day to receive it. It was schedule on the 29th January 2018, this time at my workplace. And once again, I was not given my package because they couldn’t find me at my workplace. Therefore, I had to collect my package in a GLS depot in Dorstfeld-Huckarde, Dortmund, on the 1st February 2018.
Since the signal of the mobile R218 WLAN was very bad, I contacted Vodafone kontakt@kundenservice.vodafone.com to cancel the contract on the 6th February 2018, so 5 days after I tested for the first time the mobile R218 WLAN. The reply I was given on the 12th February 2018 (1week later) was that I could cancel within 14 days and I asked Vodafone again how to cancel this contract. However, I was not given any more answers. Therefore, I called Vodafone call center and they told me to send a message to widerruf@vodafone.com to cancel my contract and my kundenummer **** that was given to me by the Vodafone call center. Two days after my email to widerruf, I was informed that to cancel this contract I have to start a new one in a Vodafone shop for DSL. And for my surprise, I was told in the Vodafone shop in Dortmund that I can’t cancel the contract for the R218 WLAN because it was done in check24 and I should contact check24. Consequently, in the same day I called check24 and they told me they would send this case to a specialist. On the 20th February I was informed by check24 that should be Vodafone, and not check24, to cancel this contract. Therefore, I sent two letters to Vodafone GmbH in Dusseldorf and Hamburg to cancel the R218- LTE contract, and I was told that I should send you the mobile hotspot back and then the R218 -LTE contract will finally be cancelled. I have sent you the mobile hotspot back long time ago but, surprisingly Vodafone keeps discounting money from my bank account, for instance last movement was on the 10th of April.
Therefore, I would like to ask you again to be refunded for the registration fee (40 euros) and the first WLAN payment (14,89 euros) after 4 months still waiting for the cancellation of the contract and the refunding.
EDIT: @ssssss customer number deleted due privacy protection. Board edited.

It seems a bit weird what you wrote...
So:
- You ordered a mobile R218 WLAN router togehter with a mobile data contract on January 19th
- You received your ordered router and SIM on February 1st
- You noticed bad mobile network coverage at your chosen destination (as the mobile R218 WLAN router is receiving its signal by using the mobile phone network)
- You contacted Vodafone on February 6th using the (wrong) e-mail address kontakt@kundenservice.vodafone.com and got reply by Feburary 12th
- You sent your Widerruf by February 14th to widerruf@vodafone.com
- Vodafone informed you that you have to send your Widerruf to Check24
- You sent your Widerruf to Check24 [when? Have you got a reply by Check24 so far?]
The main problem with your order:
Your partner for a Widerruf is NOT Vodafone but Check24 - you should have got a so called "Widerrufsbelehrung" together with all the paperwork describing the whole process - especially where to send the Widerruf and where to send all the items back. I have the feeling that you might be too late for a Widerruf as you usually only have 14 days from the day that you receive the items (e.g. February 1st + 14 days) - so you might be too late with your mail to Check24. And if Check24 might be telling you this, then you have no option but to cancel the contract at its "normal" end (24 months) - even if you sent back the device and the SIM long time ago...
And the other thing: Even if the contract is cancelled using the Widerrufsrecht, you have to pay for all expenses that have been caused so far. So both, the registration/activation fee and the (partial) payment for the first month have to be paid if you started to use the products.
