Sagecom Fast 5460 false reporting network situation

Hello, I have a Sagecom Fast 5460

in past time all ok.

Now:

- it reports WiFi off even if is on and mobile phones and computer connected

- it reports nothing connected via WLAN even if there is PC, IPTV box, Satreceiver, Powerlines

- it is not possible configure port forwarding because I cannot read MAC of PC

Can anybody help?

I made a task for the new router, you should get an e mail with the tracking code as soon as the device is sent. It may take some days due to the upcoming holidays. The address for the old device is

Received this afternoon CH7466CD

Now under setting for my needs and testing.

At this time with this new modem I can access to all menu and see devices connected

Compal worked well till this morning, then started the problem:

Betreff: CH7466CE Router: WLAN Symbol blinkt

that seems in one year Vodafone never solved

What do you suggest?

For Compal problem I shall continue in the one already opened

till now I did not detect any disturbance so that I keep it so and infact I sent back the Sagemcom
