I got router, but not able to install it. Customer care dont understand English. I don't know German.
I cant use the router. I cant cancel the contract. No one responds to emails.
What should I do?

That is sad, as it is about a month now since I got the boxes and 2 weeks since the contract was activated. Lets see how long I have to wait for call.

Just curious, how will I know that someone is working background on my case? Is there a ticket id or some helpdesk(english) where I can check for the status?
As a guess, could the time to resolve be in days or weeks or months? Do I have option to cancel at any time?

That is the game you guys are playing. I received the call from cableway and he said that they are checking if problem is from Vodafone network or somewhere else.
I took the contract from Vodafone, not cableway. Please get this fixed and stop all these excuses that cableway will call me.

CableWay is the local company that does the technical stuff for Vodafone. In so far you'll have to deal with them.

can you please check with cableway what is the issue with my installation? Do they have an office in Munich where I can go and meet them?
