New modem status stucked in "in process" status

Hello!

 

I have got my modem (Compal CH7466CE) for my new internet subscription. 

I have assembled it according to the manual.

The "internet @" sign flashes quick, and the modem status stays at the "in process" status for hours.

Tried to connect, disconnetc, but no success.

 

What could be the problem? What should i do?

The hotline is only in German, so i can`t get help from it.

Is there anybody who can help me?

Dear Claudia!

 

Thank you for the reply, and sorry about not responding quickly (i had some login issues)

So a could reach the call center, and they sent me a technicia, who have resolved the problem.

It was a physical problem, and had to change some stuff to do so.

Now its working, thank you again.
