Hello!
I have got my modem (Compal CH7466CE) for my new internet subscription.
I have assembled it according to the manual.
The "internet @" sign flashes quick, and the modem status stays at the "in process" status for hours.
Tried to connect, disconnetc, but no success.
What could be the problem? What should i do?

The hotline is only in German, so i can`t get help from it.
Is there anybody who can help me?

I would like to check that so please send me a private message with your address and customer number. Please also include the MAC address of the modem. Answer here again after that.

Dear Claudia!
Thank you for the reply, and sorry about not responding quickly (i had some login issues)
So a could reach the call center, and they sent me a technicia, who have resolved the problem.
It was a physical problem, and had to change some stuff to do so.
Now its working, thank you again.
