Modem keeps rebooting

Hi

I'm having problems where my cabel modem keeps rebooting. I've now had the issue with both the Kabelbox and the Fritzbox 6490. After a while, the modem automatically restarts.

Vodafone sent a technician to look at the line, but he says there is no fault on the line. Anyone have an idea of what to do next, since this is happening with two different routers.
