Hello! 

I received the Vodafone modem and the installation kit a couple of weeks ago! I have followed all the steps for connecting it. Unfortunately the red light on the modem keeps blinking and I am unable to use it. I tried everything from restarting to resetting but no success. I have lots of work on my laptop and as mentioned in the booklet I was hoping to get it started quickly. Neither am I able to connect to the customer care as I am still learning German. I really need help quickly as all my work is halted due to this issue.
