Hallo,
I am a new customer who buy your company's WI-FI product. And due to some problem, I can not get the WI-FI device which you sent to me by DHL. And now this device stays in the delivery basis of DHL. And DHL will not re-send it to me without Vodafone's suggests. Thank you very much. The DHL shipment number is ***.

Hi duanzhuang,
I have had a look with the shipment number, your name is not on your bell plate, so DHL could not deliver.
Would you please send me your customer number, name and addess in a private message? So I can check, what will happen next.
