Hi,
I have a problem with my FAST SAGECOM 5460. After restarting, i can use the internet for about 5 minutes before the device shuts off (no lights on at all). What is the quickest way to get a replacement?

Hello matt7,
after 5 minutes the box switches off completely and all LEDs go out? Have you tried a factory reset?

Hi Fred,
All LEDs go off. I can reset the power switch and it comes back for a few minutes, I can connect via wifi etc, but it keeps powering off, and I can no longer connect.

you may try and replace the coaxial cable to see if that helps. Which federal state do you live in?

I'm in Berlin. I've already re-connected all the cables, and it was working fine until a few days ago so I don't think thats the problem.
