money got deducted , don't know why

Dear Vodafone community,

I have got deducted the amount of 61.59 Euro last month and 32.97 Euros this month. But i don't know the reason. 

My customer number is 

Kundennummer: xxxxxx

Could anyone please help me to know the reason ?

When did you get the DSL? What does the Bill says? Maybe is the first one the bill with the Anschaltgebühr and the second one could be the first normal bill

I had shifted from one city to another city recently , I  had a kabel deutschland before and i returned that and bought a new DSL  in August 2018 .   i din't receive any hardcopy bill, i got to know the deductions from my bank statement . My normal bill tarriff is 19.99 Euros.

Maybe the bill is online in meinVodafone, did you take a look there?

You can see your invoice in MeinVodafone as soon as you have added your contract by using your Online-Registreriungs-Code.
