Trying to cancel my DSL contract ENGLISH

Good day fellow commnunity members, I have been trying to cancel my DSL connection for the past 2 weeks and I have gotten no response from any vodafone reps "I filled out the kundigung form for my contract cancellation 2 weeks ago''. The problem is now I have moved to austria in a student accomodation and cannot use the service anymore.

The more interesting part would be what you then did with the Kündigung document after filling it out and if you have followed the approach (in terms of "How to cancel a DSL or cable contract when moving to another country.") outlined in literally dozens of threads.

thanks for your reply Knight. As for what I did after the form was complete I have to be honest I thought it was going to be automatically sent to a vodafone rep. I presume that is not the case and I have to print it out?

Also another quick question, is there any chance you can link a thread of early cancellations due to leaving the country, it would be greatly apprecided

if you send the cancellation two weeks ago, you should already have received some response.

unfortunately we haven't received a cancellation yet. The last letter we got from you was in 2017.

 

You wrote, that you filled out the cancellation two weeks ago. Where did you do that? In a shop or online via our contact form.
