Good Day
For months now I have been battling against Vodafone "customer service"
It is impossible to find an english speaking agent in the right department. Today I spent over 3 hours trying this. So after giving up again.. I am writing here in a last attempt for assistance.
Points to address:
1) Calling the hotline and saying "operator" does not work! Every agent I speak with says I must do this.. It does not work! Please stop telling ur agents to tell this to people.
2) My Internet is slow, not smooth when it is working, and drops multiple times per day, everyday.
3) I have attempted to have this problem fixed for months now. No agent has been able to help me or even attempt to help me.
4) Recently, I was told to send you a written letter of complaint as I am no longer happy to pay for your services. They are terribly useless and so is your product. I have not had a reply and when I speak with your agents, literally no one can help me with this issue...
5) I would like to terminate my contract due to lack of satisfaction with your product and your inability to assist me or offer support.
How do I proceed?

If you have sent the attached letter to us, please wait for my colleagues to answer.
If you haven't opened a technical ticket already, please check all cables on your modem and your phone socket for obvious damages and loose connections.
Also have a look into your modem's log if you can see the disconnects there.
