Internet Contract Cancelling

I have a major issue accesing any vodafone customer service. I had to cancel my contract of home internet because I moved to other country. I went to a customer center, they gave me an official cancellation paper and told me to send it to the email adress they gave me. 

 

I did that. I was supposed to get an address where I should send the internet box.

 

No response on email, nobody picks up the phones, no chat help, nothing happens. I sent 3 emails, called them a lot and no progress had been made. 

 

Now I am supposed to pay money to a service I dont use and can’t cancel. Terrible service.

 

Can someone reach me immediately?
