I canceled my internet service on Sept 17th and the confirmation letter hasn't been sent to me. The store manager told me that the letter will be sent within 3 weeks, but it's been more than a month. I paid 174.9 euros for the cancellation at the shop and returned the modem to the shop, but my account still shows that the contract periods until 10.09.2020. Is there any problem? or is it something that I have to wait longer? Please let me know what is going on because I'm keep getting my internet bills.. I don't want to pay extra because I already paid lots of money to cancel this.
