Hello,
I have a DSL contract, but I have never received the welcome letter with all necessary information (especially online activation code). Today is the day when the technician was supposed to come, but of course he didn't (even though I had to wait for 3 weeks for this visit). What can I do now? The internet still doesn't work and I really don't have the patience anymore.

sorry for the issue.
Did you already call our service via 0800 172 1212? They can help you faster to check the new date for the technician.
The welcome letter comes via Mail and is perhaps in you spam folder. Did you check this?
