Contract cancellation due to moving countries - website is not working

Hi,

 

I am moving countries in the end of November and therefore I need to cancel my contract. When I follow the instructions on your website, I only get endless spinning wheels and nothing advances (this is independent of the browser I use, I tried Mozilla and Firefox).

 

Can you please process my cancellation through here. I can PM you the details.

hi @Andre . thank you. I'm sorry for the delay, I did not get an email notification that I had a reply, and this forum is extremelly hard to navigate.

 

I am using DSL, Classic Paket 50000.

Update: I went to a Vodafone Store and they said they also cannot process the cancelation there!!

 

I am starting to consider issuing a formal complaint with a German authority. Please help!

I'm really sorry that there wasn't help for you at all. Can you please send me a private message with your customer number and password (alternatively name, address and birth date of the contract owner)?
